2. Business descriptions
While every care is taken to ensure that descriptions and details are correct, www.marketliving.com accepts no responsibility for their accuracy as content is added and edited by public.
3. Financial and legal information
All financial and legal material contained on Qype pages is for illustration only. www.marketliving.com can accept no responsibility for the accuracy of financial illustrations. Financial quotations as represented are not necessarily true, accurate or complete. You are advised to consult a qualified professional to confirm information.
4. Term of agreement
Your advertising will be implemented from the date the product is live on the www.marketliving.com site for a period of 12 months. Thereafter, you will be invoiced for future years on the same date every year. You can cancel this renewal process at any time after the first year, by notifying us of your wishes in writing.
5. Payment of the fees
All payments made shall be exclusive of value added tax. In the event that www.marketliving.com do not for whatever reason obtain their fees by direct debit the customer hereby agrees and expressly authorises www.marketliving.com to charge the customer's credit/debit card with the relevant fee without further recourse to the customer. The Customer shall pay all amounts due to Qype in full without any deduction or withholding and shall not assert any credit or set- off or counterclaim against www.marketliving.com in order to justify the withholding of the whole or part of any such amount.
6. Cancellation
This contract can be terminated by both parties by giving 30 days written notice after an initial period of 3 months. For the avoidance of doubt the customer will be required to pay all fees up to and including the cancellation date.
7. Refunds
7.1 Guaranteed Premium Partner products. www.marketliving.com will refund all monies owed minus the value of the guaranteed potential customers which were delivered to the customer's product/s to date.
7.2 Non Guaranteed products. www.marketliving.com will refund any outstanding monies from the date the cancellation letter was received.
8. Copying of information
You may print hard copies of material on our site for your personal, non commercial use. All other copying, whether in electronic, hard copy or other format is prohibited and all other rights are reserved.
9. Limitation of liability
www.marketliving.com is not liable whether for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise, for any direct, indirect or consequential damage suffered as a result of this site or of any information or services provided on through it.
10. Errors and omissions
www.marketliving.com specifically disclaims all and any liability to user for and loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, and whether on the part of the publisher of the Qype portfolio of websites, its servants or agents, or any other person.
11. Links to other sites
Sites you link to through this site are independent are independent of the www.marketliving.com portfolio of sites. We have no control over them and accept no liability with respects to any of the products, information, material or services offered or provided by other organisations listed on or linked to this site. Should you decide to appoint and of these organisations to work for you, the contract will be directly between you and the relevant organisation.
